New Mexico High School Softball - Santa Fe Indian bounces St. Michael's

April 1, 2023: Santa Fe, NM 87505

Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM), 21-1 in a league challenge.

The Braves now own a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robertson for a 3A District 2 game on Tuesday, April 4. Santa Fe Indian will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-3.

In their next game, the Horsemen clash with the Raton Tigers (Raton, NM) in a 3A District 2 game, on Tuesday, April 4. St. Michael's will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 1-9 record after their 11-9 non-league loss to Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM).
