In Monday's non-league game, the host Alma Airedales baseball team scored a tight 8-3 victory over the Ozark Hillbillies.
The Airedales (7-5) will now prepare for their game against Russellville (Russellville, AR). The Cyclones go into the 5A West game with a 8-6 record. In their last game, Russellville tipped Northside (Fort Smith, AR), 2-0, in a non-league game.
The Hillbillies (5-14) will now prepare for their game against Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR). The Sand Lizards go into the 4A Region 4 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Dardanelle was overwhelmed by Morrilton (Morrilton, AR), 11-0, in a league game.
