The Baptist Prep Eagles baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Augusta Red Devils to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Eagles (8-7) will now prepare for their match against Perryville (Perryville, AR). The Mustangs go into the 3A Region 5 match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Perryville ran past Dover (Dover, AR), 6-3, in a league match.
The Red Devils (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Bradford (Bradford, AR). The Eagles go into the 1A Region 5 match with a 4-9 record. In their last match, Bradford was overwhelmed by Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR), 22-0, in a league match.
