The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA) and the visiting El Camino Real Royals (Woodland Hills, CA), saw Birmingham's lacrosse team nudge El Camino Real by a margin of 6-5.

The Patriots (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Crescenta Valley was tipped by Chaminade (West Hills, CA), 8-4, in a non-league challenge.

The Royals (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA). The Dolphins enter the Conference A challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Palisades edged Crespi (Encino, CA), 9-8, in a non-league challenge.
