Magnolia Panthers (Magnolia, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Camden Fairview Cardinals (Camden, AR), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to De Queen for a 4A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 2. Magnolia will face a Leopards squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Ashdown (Ashdown, AR). The Leopards record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Camden Fairview falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Arkadelphia (Arkadelphia, AR) to face the Badgers in a 4A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 2. The Badgers enter the challenge with a record of 2-8. Arkadelphia lost 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR)
