Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Centerville Tigers (Centerville, TX), 13-7 in a league challenge.

The Sandies now own a 6-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leon for a 1A Region IV District 25 challenge on Friday, April 5.
