The Smackover Buckaroos softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Junction City Dragons to 0 in the Buckaroos non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Smackover moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Buckaroos host Drew Central (Monticello, AR) to play the Pirates in a 3A Region 8 game on Thursday, April 4. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 3-2. Drew Central lost 12-2 in their recent league game against DeWitt (DeWitt, AR)

In their next game, the Dragons play the Woodlawn Bears (Rison, AR) in a 2A Region 8 game, on Tuesday, April 2. Junction City will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 12-4 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Hamburg (Hamburg, AR).
