With the defeat, Amherst County drops to 4-3 on the year. The Lancers host Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 3-2. Appomattox County won 8-6 in their recent non-league test against Rustburg (Rustburg, VA)
