In Tuesday's league game, the host Burke County Bears baseball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Thomson Bulldogs.

Noteable game play by Skyler Brown in the top of the 12th, laying out for a very hart hit fly ball by Gergen to keep the Bulldogs scoreless in the 12th.
