The Hornets now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop LeBlond for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. Chillicothe will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Trenton (Trenton, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Savannah drops to 4-5 on the year. The Savages host Lafayette (St. Joseph, MO) to clash with the Fighting Irish in a Class 4 District 16 test on Wednesday, April 2. The Fighting Irish go into the test with a record of 0-7. Lafayette lost 9-4 in their recent non-league test against Notre Dame (Cape Girardeau, MO)
