The South Florence Bruins baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Crestwood Knights to 0 in the Bruins league win on Tuesday.

The Bruins now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sumter for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. South Florence will clash with a Gamecocks team coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Cheraw (Cheraw, SC). The Gamecocks record now stands at 7-7.

With the defeat, Crestwood drops to 1-12 on the year. The Knights host Hartsville (Hartsville, SC) to clash with the Red Foxes in a 4A Region 5 test on Tuesday, April 8. The Red Foxes go into the test with a record of 10-3.
