The Starmount Rams baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks to 5 in the Rams league win on Tuesday.

The Rams now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Surry for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2. Starmount will confront a Cardinals squad coming off a 12-7 non-league win over Salisbury (Salisbury, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-5.

The Buckin' Elks now possess a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Starmount for a Northwest 1A contest on Friday, April 4. Elkin will confront a Rams squad coming off a 9-2 non-league win over East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC). The Rams record now stands at 8-5.
