The Haynesville Golden Tornado baseball squad (Haynesville, LA), 5-2 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Simsboro Tigers (Simsboro, LA)

With the triumph, Simsboro moves its record to 14-11 on the season. The Tigers host Beekman Charter (Bastrop, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 3. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 5-15. Beekman Charter lost 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against North Webster (Springhill, LA)

The Golden Tornado now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Junction City for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 3. Haynesville will confront a Dragons squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Poyen (Poyen, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 4-8.
