The Stanton Buffaloes nipped the visiting Lamesa Tornadoes baseball squad by a score of 4-3 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next up, the Buffaloes battle the Brownfield Cubs (Brownfield, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 outing, on Saturday, April 5. Stanton will attempt to advance on its 4-13 season record. The Cubs come into the outing with a 12-5 record after their 13-7 league win over Crane (Crane, TX).
