The Lincoln County Patriots baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Somerset Christian Cougars to 2 in the Patriots non-league win on Tuesday.
The Patriots now own a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pulaski County for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3.
With the defeat, Somerset Christian drops to 2-5 on the year. The Cougars travel to McCreary Central (Stearns, KY) to play the Raiders in a District 48 test on Monday, April 14. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 6-2.
