The Newport Greyhounds (Newport, AR) baseball trounced the host Osceola Seminoles (Osceola, AR), 15-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Greyhounds now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Tuckerman for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 4.
With the defeat, Osceola drops to 1-7 on the year. The Seminoles host Rivercrest (Wilson, AR) to clash with the Colts in a 3A Region 3 challenge on Wednesday, April 2. The Colts go into the challenge with a record of 0-9. Rivercrest lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR)
