California High School Volleyball - El Cajon Valley over Grossmont

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA) and the host Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), observed El Cajon Valley's volleyball team top Grossmont by a count of 3-0.

The Braves (23-3) will now prepare for their contest against Santana (Santee, CA). The Sultans enter the Grossmont Hills contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Santana was knocked off by Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Foothillers battle the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) in a Grossmont Hills contest, on Thursday, April 3. Grossmont will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Highlanders enter the contest with a 12-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA).
