The Manatee Hurricanes felled the visiting Bayshore Bruins flag football team by a score of 8-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hurricanes play the Palmetto Tigers (Palmetto, FL) in a 3A D10 challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Manatee will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 0-0 non-league Braden River (Bradenton, FL).

The Bruins (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 11-2 record. In their last challenge, Lakewood Ranch was dropped by Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL), 19-0, in a non-league challenge.
