In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting St. Mary's Saints lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-9 triumph over the Durham Academy Cavaliers.
The Saints (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. David's (Raleigh, NC). The Warriors go into the Freelance challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, St. David's was overwhelmed by Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC), 14-10, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers clash with the Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC) in a Freelance challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Durham Academy will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Ravens go into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 14-12 league win over Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC).
