J.P. Stevens Hawks (Edison, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ), 6-2 in a league game.
With the victory, J.P. Stevens advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hawks host Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ) to play the Knights in a non-league game on Thursday, April 3. The Knights come into the game with a record of 1-0. Old Bridge won 14-2 in their recent league game against North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ)
The Trojans now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edison for a GMC - White game on Thursday, April 3. St. Thomas Aquinas will play a Eagles team coming off a 10-3 league loss to South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
