North Carolina High School Soccer - South Point knocks off Ashbrook

April 1, 2025: Gastonia, NC 28054

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting South Point Red Raiders soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Ashbrook Greenwave.

The Red Raiders (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Crest (Shelby, NC). The Chargers go into the Big South 3A outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Crest was overwhelmed by Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 6-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Greenwave play the Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 2. Ashbrook will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 5-6 record after their 6-1 league loss to Butler (Matthews, NC).
