Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC) and the visiting West Caldwell Warriors (Lenoir, NC), saw West Lincoln's soccer squad knock off West Caldwell by a count of 3-1.

The Rebels (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers enter the Catawba Valley Athletic 2A battle with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, East Burke by Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC), 4-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A battle, on Friday, April 4. West Caldwell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Newton-Conover (Newton, NC).
