North Carolina High School Baseball - South Caldwell prevails Hibriten

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) and the host Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC), saw South Caldwell's baseball team gain a win over Hibriten by a tally of 14-5.
The Spartans (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Lincoln Charter was overwhelmed by West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC), 6-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers face the Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 4. Hibriten will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 0-6 record after their 12-4 league loss to Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC).
