In Tuesday's league challenge, the host De La Salle Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 triumph over the San Ramon Valley Wolves.
The Spartans (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Monte Vista (Danville, CA). The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Monte Vista was edged by Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA), 7-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves clash with the Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 18. San Ramon Valley will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
