Florida High School Lacrosse - Viera sneaks past Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Viera Hawks (Viera, FL) and the host Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers (Melbourne, FL), witnessed Viera's lacrosse squad hold off Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy by a score of 8-7.

The Hawks (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Oviedo (Oviedo, FL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Oviedo was nipped by Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL), 4-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the Cardinal Newman Crusaders (West Palm Beach, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 4. Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 2-6 record after their 0-0 non-league Wellington (Wellington, FL).
