The Sparkman Senators got by the host Brewer Patriots softball squad by a count of 10-9 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Senators meet the Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL) in a challenge, on Thursday, April 10. Sparkman will attempt to upgrade on its 19-2 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 18-17 league loss to Sparkman (Harvest, AL).
The Patriots (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Priceville (Priceville, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Priceville was nudged by Brewer (Somerville, AL), 5-4, in a non-league challenge.
