The Geraldine Bulldogs soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Glencoe Yellowjackets to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Collinsville for a non-league bout on Friday, April 4. Geraldine will play a Panthers squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Whitesburg Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Glencoe moves to 7-8 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Coosa Christian (Gadsden, AL) to play the Conquerors in a 1A-3A Area 6 bout on Thursday, April 3. The Conquerors go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Coosa Christian won 10-1 in their recent league bout against St. Bernard Prep (Cullman, AL)
