The Wakefield Warriors soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Herndon Hornets to 1 in the Warriors league victory on Tuesday.

The Warriors now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Chantilly for a non-league bout on Monday, April 7. Wakefield will play a Chargers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Herndon moves to 2-2 on the year. The Hornets travel to Langley (McLean, VA) to play the Saxons in a Liberty bout on Thursday, April 3. The Saxons go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Langley lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against West Potomac (Alexandria, VA)
