Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Spotswood moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Trailblazers travel to Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA) to clash with the Wildcats in a Valley test on Tuesday, April 8. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-0.

The Green Hornets now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Waynesboro for a Shenandoah test on Friday, April 4. Wilson Memorial will clash with a Little Giants team coming off a 8-0 league win over Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Little Giants record now stands at 2-1.
