The Norcom Greyhounds overwhelmed the host Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers softball squad by a count of 28-18 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Greyhounds meet the Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA) in a Eastern challenge, on Friday, April 4. Norcom will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Pilots go into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 15-1 non-league loss to King's Fork (Suffolk, VA).

The Mighty Bookers (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Churchland (Portsmouth, VA). The Truckers go into the Eastern challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Churchland was routed by Cox (Virginia Beach, VA), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.
