The New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs softball team scored 27 runs and held the visiting Carver Collegiate Academy Rams to 12 in the Bulldogs league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to L.W. Higgins for a 4A District 10 battle on Wednesday, April 2. New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 7-0 league win over West Jefferson (Harvey, LA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Carver Collegiate Academy falls to 0-4 on the year. The Rams host New Orleans Charter Science & Math (New Orleans, LA) to play the Chambered Nautilus in a 3A District 9 game on Thursday, April 3. The Chambered Nautilus enter the game with a record of 3-5. New Orleans Charter Science & Math lost 32-3 in their recent league game against McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA)
