The Cherokee County Warriors softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Spring Garden Panthers to 6 in the Warriors non-league win on Tuesday.

The Warriors now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West End for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. Cherokee County will confront a Patriots team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 10-4.

With the loss, Spring Garden moves to 7-5 on the season. The Panthers host Cedar Bluff (Cedar Bluff, AL) to confront the Tigers in a 2A Area 13 battle on Thursday, April 3. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 5-8.
