Texas High School Softball - Clear Lake gets by Clear Springs

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Clear Lake Falcons (Houston, TX) and the visiting Clear Springs Chargers (League City, TX), observed Clear Lake's softball team get by Clear Springs by a tally of 3-2.

The Falcons (13-5) will now prepare for their bout against Dickinson (Dickinson, TX). The Gators go into the 6A Region III District 24 bout with a 7-18 record. In their last bout, Dickinson tipped Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX), 23-12, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Brazoswood Buccaneers (Clute, TX) in a 6A Region III District 24 bout, on Friday, April 4. Clear Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Buccaneers go into the test with a 13-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Clear Falls (League City, TX).
