The Gervais Cougars softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Culver Bulldogs to 0 in the Cougars league win on Tuesday.

The Cougars now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nestucca for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. Gervais will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 29-9 non-league win over Neah-Kah-Nie (Rockaway Beach, OR). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Culver moves to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Gervais (Gervais, OR) to confront the Cougars in a 2A/1A-SD3 Special District 3 battle on Friday, April 4.
