In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Farwell Eagles softball team scored a nice 13-5 win over the Merrill Vandals.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Roscommon (Roscommon, MI). The Bucks come into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Vandals battle the Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI) in a Mid-State match, on Tuesday, April 8. Merrill will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 19-6 non-league loss to Dansville (Dansville, MI).
