Texas High School Softball - Fort Bend Elkins bounces Fort Bend Austin

The Fort Bend Elkins Knights softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs to 4 in the Knights league win on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Travis for a 6A Region III District 20 battle on Friday, April 4. Fort Bend Elkins will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 14-1 league loss to Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Fort Bend Austin moves to 6-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX) to encounter the Rangers in a 6A Region III District 20 battle on Friday, April 4. The Rangers come into the battle with a record of 6-6.
