The Bulldogs (6-12) will now prepare for their match against Tuscaloosa Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Knights come into the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Tuscaloosa Academy was routed by Bibb County (Centreville, AL), 15-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Green Wave confront the Oakman Wildcats (Oakman, AL) in a 3A Area 10 match, on Thursday, April 3. Gordo will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 11-12 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Winfield (Winfield, AL).
