In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Houston Christian Mustangs softball team scored a nice 10-2 win over the The Woodlands Christian Academy Warriors.
The Mustangs (8-7) will now prepare for their match against Cooper (The Woodlands, TX). The Dragons come into the Southwest Prep - South match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Cooper was routed by Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX), 24-10, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Kelly Catholic Bulldogs (Beaumont, TX) in a TAPPS Division II District 5 match, on Wednesday, April 2. The Woodlands Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 10-14 record after their 19-3 league win over Frassati Catholic (Spring, TX).
