The Needles Mustangs softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Laughlin Cougars to 0 in the Mustangs league win on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Williams for a non-league battle on Monday, April 7.

With the loss, Laughlin moves to 5-6 on the season. The Cougars host Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ) to confront the Diamondback in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Diamondback come into the battle with a record of 2-6.
