The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Mumford Mustangs (Mumford, TX) and the visiting Snook Bluejays (Snook, TX), observed Mumford's softball team prevail over Snook by a tally of 12-2.

The Mustangs (11-5) will now prepare for their bout against St. Joseph Catholic (Bryan, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, St. Joseph Catholic knocked off Alpha Omega Academy (Huntsville, TX), 9-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bluejays clash with the Somerville Yeguas (Somerville, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 26 bout, on Friday, April 4. Snook will attempt to advance on its 5-13 season record. The Yeguas go into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 4-0 league loss to Milano (Milano, TX).
