The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their bout against Mumford (Mumford, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 11-6 record. In their last bout, Mumford knocked off Snook (Snook, TX), 12-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Alpha Omega Academy Lions (Huntsville, TX) in a TAPPS Division IV District 6 bout, on Friday, April 4. Second Baptist University-Model will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 16-8 league loss to Covenant Christian (Conroe, TX).
