The Eureka Springs Highlanders baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Decatur Bulldogs to 0 in the Highlanders non-league win on Wednesday.

The Highlanders now hold a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountainburg for a non-league test on Monday, April 6. Eureka Springs will play a Dragons team coming off a 7-6 league loss to Life Way Christian (Centerton, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 5-5.

With the defeat, Decatur drops to 0-6 on the year. The Bulldogs host Alpena (Alpena, AR) to play the Leopards in a 2A Region 1 test on Friday, April 3. The Leopards come into the outing with a record of 1-6. Alpena lost 16-12 in their recent non-league outing against Lead Hill (Lead Hill, AR)
