Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Bellefonte nips Hollidaysburg

Bellefonte Raiders (Bellefonte, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA), 7-6 in a league test.

With the win, Bellefonte upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Raiders host Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA) to battle the Huskies in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 2-1. Mifflin County won 6-2 in their recent league test against Altoona (Altoona, PA)

With the defeat, Hollidaysburg falls to 4-1 on the season. The Golden tigers travel to Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA) to battle the Bald Eagles in a Mountain test on Wednesday, April 12. The Bald Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-0. Bald Eagle Area won 5-0 in their recent league test against Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA)
