In Monday's non-league challenge, the Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Gates County Red Barons (Gatesville, NC), by a margin of 14-4.

With the win, Pasquotank County betters its record to 11-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Perquimans (Hertford, NC) to encounter the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11.
