South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Singer Hornets (Singer, LA), 16-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Beauregard upgrades its record to 22-4 on the season. The Knights host Westlake (Westlake, LA) to battle the Rams in a 3A District 4 test on Thursday, April 13. The Rams come into the test with a record of 14-10. Westlake won 17-1 in their recent non-league test against Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA)

With the defeat, Singer falls to 6-10 on the season. The Hornets travel to South Cameron (Creole, LA) to battle the Tarpons in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11. The Tarpons come into the test with a record of 0-7.
