The Monta Vista Matadors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lynbrook Vikings to 1 in the Matadors league victory on Monday.
The Matadors now possess a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Homestead for a game on Wednesday, April 12. Monta Vista will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-9.
The Vikings (5-8) will now prepare for their game against Homestead (Cupertino, CA). The Mustangs enter the game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Homestead nipped Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
