The Doherty Memorial Highlanders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host North Polar Bears to 0 in the Highlanders league victory on Monday.
The Highlanders now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South for a Inter-High game on Wednesday, April 12. Doherty Memorial will meet a Colonels team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Keefe Tech (Framingham, MA). The Colonels record now stands at 1-2.
The Polar Bears (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Red Raiders enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Fitchburg dropped by Leominster (Leominster, MA), 3-1, in a league game.
