Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Bay Springs Bulldogs (Bay Springs, MS), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Devils now own a 12-10 record. They take the field next when they host Raleigh for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 13. Stringer will face a Lions squad coming off a 9-2 non-league win over West Jones (Laurel, MS). The Lions record now stands at 18-6.
With the loss, Bay Springs falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host East Marion (Columbia, MS) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 3-9.
