The Cambridge Bobcats softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting St. Clairsville Red Devils to 3 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Cambridge moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Bobcats host Union Local (Belmont, OH) to play the Jets in a Buckeye 8 game on Wednesday, April 12. The Jets come into the game with a record of 3-6. Union Local won 9-7 in their recent non-league game against Buckeye Local (Rayland, OH)

In their next game, the Red Devils play the Indian Creek Redskins (Wintersville, OH) in a Buckeye 8 game, on Tuesday, April 11. St. Clairsville will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Redskins come into the game with a 8-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Edison (Richmond, OH).
