Chattanooga Central will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Hurricanes enter the test with a 14-4 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Chattanooga Christian (Chattanooga, TN).

The Patriots (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Polk County (Benton, TN). The Wildcats enter the 2A District 4 test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Polk County prevailed over Brainerd (Chattanooga, TN), 19-3, in a league test.
